MULTIFORM OFFERS THREE NEW METEOR CONTROLLERS

Multiform Technology Group have announced the exclusive UK distribution of three new lighting controllers from US-based Meteor Lighting.

PM-4 Beam Positioning Module

    The DMX-512-compatible PM-4 offers realtime beam positioning and followspot control for up to four Meteor Elipscans, Flexiscans or Parscans. Each unit's beam position can be preset and held individually and up to 32 fixtures can be controlled in four groups of eight units, configurable at the touch of a button.

    The PM-4 can be switched between fast-positioning and speed-sensitive tracking modes and an automatic noise reduction feature sets the unit's speed channels back to zero when the fixtures are deselected.

PMD-6 Dual Beam Positioning Module

The PMD-6 allows independent beam-positioning PMD-6and followspot control of six fixtures, or 32 grouped units of Meteor Elipscans, Parscans or Flexiscans. It features dual analogue joysticks, to which individual fixtures (or groups) can be assigned on-the-fly, enabling simultaneous control at any one time. Beam position for any fixture, or group of fixtures, can be preset and held whilst automatic quiet mode reduces noise levels when fixtures are deselected.

USC-4 Universal Strobe Controller

USC-4Finally, the USC-4 universal DMX strobe controller gives independent control of four strobes or groups of strobes set for two-channel operation. The unit features a built-in analogue joystick to control the rate and intensity settings, the axes for which can be swapped according to preference of the user and a Blackout control. Each group or individual strobe can be preset and held, and LED indicators facilitate fixture selection.
